Go Green with Greatist & Eastern Tabletop!

At Eastern, all of our production takes place in state of the art 'green' facilities. We get it, sometimes we work with chemicals that might not be to "enviro-friendly," so we took the initiative to make sure we had top of the line filters to make sure nothing nasty goes down the drain. Only what's meant to. Now, part of being green means that we've also got to spread the word a little. Not to gloat, but to help inspire our peers and friends to do the same! Which is why when we stumbled upon Greatist.com's list of 29 Ways to Reduce Food Waste, we knew had to talk about it. Being a company that specializes in equipment for Food Services, it only made sense to spread the word!

Greatist's list includes: Monitoring what you throw away, Donating, and Smart Shopping. And while some of their ideas might not be exactly practical, some might be perfect for your company or your every lifestyle!
