Eastern Gets Hands On With Produce

It's happened to all of us. You pick up an apple, ready to chomp down and enjoy some sweetness, and before you can even lift it to your mouth, you feel it mushing under your fingertips. Its hard enough to embrace eating veggies, let alone eating them before they turn. To top it off, produce can be a pain to pick. You've seen people slapping watermelons, sniffing peaches, and squeezes avocados, but does any of that work? Once again, the good folks at Business Insider have scoured the globe searching for answers on "How To Pick The Best Produce." Their list of tips includes: looking for stripes near the top of peaches, picking the dirtiest watermelons, and buying local! For more on their tips check out the link below! And if you're in the market for some new platters or bowls to put your fruit and veggies in, might I recommend our Hammered Geometric Bowl? I have the 10 inch at my apartment, and it looks great! You can find the link to the bowl below as well!
