Stadiums, Arenas, & The Importance of the Customer Experience

Over the past 10-20 years we have seen an increase in the number of new or remodeled sporting venues. Why do you ask? To deliver the best accommodations to those who purchase tickets. Bill Dorsey, The Association of Luxury Suite Directors Chairman and Founder, said "In 1990, only 3% of the seats were considered premium. Today, 20% of a major venue's seats are considered premium, which can account for nearly 50% of the ticketing revenue." What Bill is trying to say is that customers want a high level of experience and are willing to pay for it. This is where we at Eastern Tabletop come in. From buffet equipment, to beverage carts, to wine buckets, we are a proud supplier of sporting venues such as Yankee Stadium (below) and TD Garden (bottom). So leave a lasting impression on your customers; they're willing to pay for it.
